A integrated transport system that promotes economic development, public transport use, tourism, walking and cycling and provides for the efficient, safe and effective movement across the region.

The provision and access to quality public education facilities from child care through to university level including selective and special education services. 

 

Theme eight:   Health Facilities

The provision and access to timely metropolitan standard health services including modern equipment and facilities including access to specialist and high care services
